1. Our Commitment
We aim to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. All our products come with a warranty to provide you with peace of mind.
If a product is damaged during delivery or arrives with a defect, you may be eligible for a warranty claim.
In addition to this warranty, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty begins from the date of delivery.
You should contact us within a reasonable time after discovering any issue.
3. What is Covered
This warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects
• Material faults
4. What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
• Damage caused by external factors (e.g. drops, impact)
5. Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost:
• Repair of the product
• Replacement with a new product
6. Shipping Costs
• Return shipping: may be the responsibility of the customer
• Replacement shipping: covered by us (for approved claims)
